Vance Gledhill is known for the strength of the relationships he forms with his commercial banking customers that enable him to provide each customer with customized financing solutions.  He has a demonstrated expertise in growing and managing sizable portfolios.

Vance's banking career began in college and has spanned 26 years, primarily in corporate banking with U.S. Bank and more recently Washington Mutual.  Vance earned numerous sales awards during his tenure at these two financial companies.
