Twig Mills is a Vice President and Trust Officer for Washington Trust Bank’s Wealth Management & Advisory Services in Seattle, Washington.  He works closely with individuals and family groups and their advisors in creating and implementing effective financial and estate plans which promote sound investment and wealth management goals.  On behalf of Washington Trust, he manages living and testamentary trusts, probate, retirement and investment agency accounts.

Twig views his role as being a resource person to his clients in helping them address the multitude of financial planning related questions that they may encounter as they deal with wealth management, estate planning, retirement, education and insurance issues.  He serves as part of a closely-knit team of professional advisors to help clients achieve their financial and estate planning goals.

Twig began his career in banking, trust administration, and investment management in 1983.  Prior to joining Washington Trust, he held positions at Bank of America and U.S. Bank.  He has broad experience in the estate settlement, guardianship administration, and the fiduciary management of living trusts, testamentary trusts, and trusts for people with special needs.
