Frank Moe builds strong relationships with his clients by assessing their individual financial situation and developing solutions to all their banking and investment goals.  Frank joined Washington Trust’s Private Banking Group in 2003 and focuses on business development and portfolio management.

Previously, as a Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Seattle Private Banking office, Frank was a Team Leader and Loan Portfolio Manager. His banking career also includes positions at Seattle First National, Olympic Bank and First Interstate Bank. Frank has held NASD Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
