As Vice President Regional Operations/Client Services Manager, Rosie is responsible for branch operations and transaction activity including standardization and controls relative to policies, procedures, processing systems, equipment, audit and compliance for the Oregon region.

Rosie has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry - working as Branch Manager or Floating Manager for such institutions as Bank of the Northwest, Wells Fargo and United States Trust Company, where she oversaw daily operations, supervised various departments and provided superior customer service.

Rosie graduated from Oregon State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing
